Pattern Energy Group LP has inked an agreement with the Henvey Inlet First Nation to develop, own and operate a 300 MW wind energy project in Ontario. The Henvey Inlet Wind Project will be built in Parry Sound District, near Georgian Bay. Construction and long-term debt financing for Henvey Inlet will be arranged in 2016 by Pattern.

Enerdynamic Hybrid Technologies Corp. (EHT) is buying up to 46 MW of rooftop solar projects in Ontario from Reliant First Nation LP. The acquisition price was not disclosed, but the Toronto-based company says it will cost approximately $150 million to deploy the 176 solar energy systems. They will be located at various schools throughout the province.
