Results from the 2014 RBC Canadian Water Attitude Study reveal there is a disconnect between Canadians’ understanding of the significant strain heavy rain and snowfall puts on municipal storm water systems and the need to invest in this critical infrastructure.
Canada and the United States need to step up efforts to clean up parts of Lake Erie, according to a report to be released Thursday by the International Joint Commission (IJC). The IJC is a body made up of representatives from Canada and the US to deal with water quality issues in the Great Lakes and along the entire Canada-US border.
