Younicos will provide a multi-megawatt battery energy storage system to Austin Energy under the US Department of Energy’s Sustainable and Holistic Integration of Energy Storage and Solar PV (SHINES) project. The 1.75 MW/3.2 MWh facility will be installed using Younicos’ Y.Cube systems.
