A deal is in the works that could see Forge Hydrocarbons Corp. build a renewable diesel facility adjacent to and on the same land as BIOX Corp.’s Sombra ON biodiesel plant. If an agreement is reached, Forge would build a 25 million litre production that BIOX would manage and operate.
