Ovivo Inc. and Microdyn-Nadir are teaming up to tackle the US membrane bioreactor (MBR) wastewater treatment market under a multi-year partnership agreement. The deal gives Ovivo access to BIO-CEL membrane technology and also includes efforts to build private-label membrane equipment (OV).

H2O Innovation is acquiring the Clearlogx control technology and its speciality coagulants.
